Ordering surgical retractors from Retractor Maker is simple: send us your list, receive a factory-direct quotation, pay in advance by bank transfer, and we dispatch your instruments with tracking.
How to place an order
- Choose the retractors you need from our products, catalogue or brochures and note the item codes, sizes and quantities.
- Send your list through the Request a Quote form, email or WhatsApp, including your shipping country.
- We confirm configuration, price, lead time and shipping in a written quotation.
- Once payment is received, your order is dispatched or scheduled for manufacturing.
Payment methods
Payment is made in advance for every order. We accept bank transfer (wire transfer) to our company account; bank details are shared with your quotation or invoice.
Credit and debit card payment can be arranged on customer request. Please mention it when you ask for a quote.
Lead times
- In stock: dispatched in 5 business days, then about 7 days worldwide delivery.
- Back order: 17–20 business days manufacturing, then about 9 days worldwide delivery.
Shipping and charges
- Free international shipping on orders of $350 or more.
- If your order is under $200, a handling fee of $8.00 will be charged.
- International customers are responsible for their country's taxes and import duties.
