Barsky Nasal Retractor

The Barsky Nasal Retractor is a solid one-piece instrument, so its performance comes from blade geometry and handle ergonomics. The working blade is specified as 10 mm wide × 55 mm long elongated blade, which spreads retraction force over a wider contact area and reduces point pressure on tissue. An overall length of 3 ¾″ (9.5 cm) keeps the surgeon's hand clear of the operative field. It is made from surgical-grade stainless steel (aisi 304/410) for glare-free, corrosion-resistant service.

The Barsky Nasal Retractor is used in plastic and ENT surgery to retract and elevate the alar rim, lower lateral cartilage, and lateral nasal wall without causing tissue necrosis or focal crush injury.
