The working blade is specified as Anatomically curved blades designed for safe meatal tissue displacement, which spreads retraction force over a wider contact area and reduces point pressure on tissue. The handle is ergonomically contoured handle frame designed to provide a firm, positive grip, giving a secure, fatigue-resistant grip through long exposures. An overall length of 4 ¾ inches (12.06 cm) keeps the surgeon's hand clear of the operative field. It is made from surgical-grade stainless steel (aisi 304/410) for glare-free, corrosion-resistant service.
