The Rultract Retractor System is a table-mounted self-retaining retractor engineered to provide upward vertical lifting and hands-free exposure of deep surgical fields. By securing directly to the operating table rail and utilizing an upward ratcheting/winch cable interface, it elevates the chest wall or costal margin steadily without placing pressure on the patient's body or causing assistant fatigue.

This retractor is primarily used in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery—most notably for internal mammary artery (IMA/LIMA) harvesting during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)—as well as minimally invasive valve surgery, subxiphoid approaches, and upper abdominal or hepatobiliary operations.

Every component is manufactured from medical-grade surgical stainless steel, offering high tensile rigidity and exceptional corrosion resistance. All metal surfaces are finished with a non-reflective satin matte coating to eliminate glare under intense surgical lighting.

Yes. The entire Rultract Retractor System is 100% reusable and fully validated for pre-vacuum steam autoclave sterilization cycles (134°C / 273°F). Mechanical clamps and snap-clip assemblies should be unlocked and thoroughly cleaned prior to sterilization.
