The Collateral Soft Tissue Retractor is a solid one-piece instrument, so its performance comes from blade geometry and handle ergonomics. The working blade is specified as 45 mm working blade reach, which spreads retraction force over a wider contact area and reduces point pressure on tissue. The handle is ergonomically contoured handle designed for sustained manual counter-traction, giving a secure, fatigue-resistant grip through long exposures. An overall length of 9 ½″ (approx. 24.13 cm) keeps the surgeon's hand clear of the operative field. It is made from surgical-grade stainless steel (aisi 304/420) for glare-free, corrosion-resistant service.
